The best part of InsightPact for me is that I get the opportunity to collaborate with remarkable individuals and draw inspiration from them every day.
I would describe InsightPact as an organization that is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all individuals are empowered to contribute meaningfully and unleash their full potential.
A bit about me.
I have a background in International Relations and Diplomacy but my roots go back to a small rural community, where I developed a strong connection to community development and youth leadership. My drive comes from making a positive impact and building connections with people and cultures everywhere.
Three things I love are traveling, dancing, and trying new food.
Where am I from?
I was born and raised in Yhú, a small town in the western region of Paraguay.
Where do I currently live?
After spending six years living in Taiwan, I embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Spain almost two years ago. Spain has now become my home.
Why InsightPact?
I was searching for an organization that offered the opportunity to engage in impactful projects alongside global collaborators while also giving me the flexibility to work remotely, and that’s exactly what InsightPact was offering.
The book that changed the way I think.
Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl
Frankl, a psychiatrist, and Holocaust survivor, shares his experiences in Nazi concentration camps and explores the quest for meaning in the face of extreme suffering. The book reshaped my understanding of what truly matters and redefined my personal definitions of success and happiness.
How I practice wellbeing & wellness in my day-to-day life.
My approach to practicing wellbeing and wellness in my day-to-day life involves being aware of what helps me feel well and motivated. Some days it's as simple as taking a coffee break or enjoying a snack in the garden. Others, it's getting active with a workout or hanging out with my partner and our dog.
My morning routine.
I’m not a morning person, so my days probably start later than most people.
My mornings usually begin with my adorable -and sometimes annoying- dog waking me up. After taking her for a walk, I prepare some coffee and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with my partner. Then, I organize my tasks for the day and begin my workday.
